Walgreens employee with concealed-carry license shoots customer in altercation.

All over some photos. Two innocent bystanders shot by the clerk as well as the perp.

TULSA — Police are investigating a shooting they say took place at a Walgreens in south Tulsa on Wednesday afternoon.

The incident was reported at Walgreens near 71st and Lewis. Police say three people were shot in total. One person is dead.

During the incident, an armed customer got into an altercation with an employee in the photo department over photos, police say. Police say they don't know who fired first at this time, but the clerk, who has a concealed-carry license, hit the suspect and killed him, Tulsa police tell 2 Works For You. While the person was falling to the floor, his gun fired inadvertently and a bullet grazed someone else in the store, officers say. An employee also was hit by a bullet and has non-life threatening injuries, TPD says.

I have tried to leave film for processing anywhere in just a little while.

I was in there a few years ago when the manger and another guy who worked there wrestled what appeared to be a homeless person to the floor in the middle of an aisle, and slapped handcuffs on him. I don't know what he did, or what they thought he did, but it surprised the hell out of me that they had the handcuffs. I worked in a high end jewelry store for 2 1/2 years and the only time I ever saw handcuffs in that store was when we hired an off duty cop for security during Christmas.

Once the customer pulled a gun and jumped over the counter, it was all about the the gun the bad guy is pointing.

From another article: Police say the incident happened at the Walgreens at 71st & Lewis at about 4 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. Police say the store's surveillance video confirms what witnesses told them.

They say Hurley got into an argument with a clerk at the photo counter about some photographs. Hurley pulled a gun and jumped over the counter taking the photographs in question from the clerks who attempted then to call police, according to TPD.

Hurley then came back over the counter. The 28-year-old clerk, who had a concealed carry license and was armed, pulled his own gun and shot Hurley.

I hate that it happened but customer Hurley made all the calls here.

I’ve had to prove that I owned a pic before getting it modified. Most photographers now do nclude a document granting you the rights to pics they took for you.

Once the customer pulled a gun and hopped the counter - it became self defense and the customer volunteered to assume room temperature.
