Forming a new "Guns" Group?

It seems that soon all DU members will be able to make new groups.

It's always annoyed me that we have to go to one group to talk about firearm policy, and then go to another group to talk about firearms.

I would like to make a group that allows all firearm discussion.

What do you think?

1. Sounds like a good idea.

If....if you could keep the politics part out. Let it be a forum where we could talk guns and equipment, not policy.

I have gun forums, and self defense forums I visit often, however.com I would be nice to discuss it with like minded individuals here people we've gotten to know on this board.

I want a group where we can discuss all things guns - policy and otherwise.
