As far as I can tell this guy did not have a CCW and the gun was not registered. I'll bet he bought it at a flea market or garage sale. We need stronger federal legislation to unify the laws and close loopholes associated with this type of criminal behavior. Coming from this type of seedy world I'll bet he was a contractor killer. What do you think?
