constant exposure to AO in the 90's. Turned down. No presumptive, which was B.S. Finally, I found an SVO that fought for me and my symptoms. Got bene's in 2017. Just never give up my creed then 68-69 and now. And no, no retroactive back to the 90's. But never expected such.
