@pptsapper-Angry Staff Officer has a thread on the Battle of Lexington and Concord which happened 19 Aprol 1775.
Not being a vet, my take on battle tactics when you have to walk 95% of the time to get anywhere and then use a musket, one shot at a time, his described "Massholes" being so BAMF, impresses me all the more.
