We have been farming on this acreage for about 5 years. We have sheep and chickens and I wish we had a barn. We use our garage like a barn and have a small shed we call the sheep shed but we can't afford to get a barn right now.
We dismantled a 30 x 90 old greenhouse and put it together back on our property but it cost us about $800. I suspect barns are a lot more complicated than greenhouses.
