Related: About this forumHeads Up---Commuting Seniors....,
check your local transit system for senior discounts This AM, on my trip in to the city, did some googling and found out I was eligible last year. I've been paying $10.00 round trip to commute, when I could have been paying $1.00 reduced senior fare, over 65. I will be stopping by the metro office today my way home to get my new transit card. I need to remind myself to investigate and use all my old lady benefits. (LOL, don't come for me)

long ago when my dad retired & he asked the bus driver if he needed a special senior pass. "No," the driver told him. "We can see that you're old."
