Just got a 3rd hide, 4 - 3. This time for saying, to someone who posted lies about Hillary and Rose Hill, that the Rethugs will attack Jane Sanders if Bernie's the nominee, and explaining her history w/Burlington college without links.
The fourth vote to hide says it was because I didn't include them. But three others voted to hide anyway.
So maybe I would have gotten a 4th hide anyway. But it appears that non-Bernie fans should always post links.

We need to find a liberal message board where liberals meet and talk.

(24,544 posts)You posted about Sanders policies and the behavior of him and his wife. And for that, your post was hidden. It has been clear for MONTHS that alot of Sanders supporters are twisting in the wind. They don't know whether they are coming or going. And I'd bet everything in my pocket that the same folks that think calling other candidates and Democrats every stupid assed name under the sun they can think of were the same ones who alerted on and voted to hide your post.
But having said that, I am once again concerned about the amount of Meta being dropped in this forum. Could you not have posted about this in one of the other threads you've created about your hides??

(5,402 posts)The passions run high, and people are taking the energetic debate too personal. Hope you avoid further hides. I've found the best way to keep clear is to stay out of the threads that supporters of the candidate I oppose created. I made an exception for this thread because you seem to have a certain sense about you that I appreciate.
Still think you're making a tactical mistake to support Hillary, though.

(43,049 posts)that any serious worker for any of the candidates just avoid talking about them here on DU?
Is there any evidence that DU has ever had any real effect on an election? Is all the bile and angst here for any purpose?
Get involved in the streets where you live. Knock on doors to get the voters out.
