New information breaking on the Penn State/Sandusky/Paterno child rape scandal

Jerry Sandusky, the long-time Penn State assistant to the famed head coach Joe Paterno victimized (raped) "at-risk" youth way back in the 70s.

In other words, some were "young black boys" who he was able to get access to because of his affiliation with Paterno's football program and later on in the 90s with his own help program called "2nd Mile".

The scandal didn't break until 2011. It became known to Paterno in the 70s but he did nothing.
