1. Seems like everyone and their grandma
Wants a new party as of late, but nobody wants to put in the organizing and fundraising efforts to make it happen??

3. I think if the people dont get single payer pretty soon, people will react
along the lines of unrest, anxiety, etc.
People simply will eventually say, enough. They will understand the rest of the civilized world does it, and the reason we dont is greed. I heard that Hillary is on board with public option, so this is a fight of left vs right. The left, as usual, including Hillary, wants to help people, the right wants to harm them. |

4. This is actually surprising?
I mean, this IS Angela Davis; she has been saying this for a long time...I do like the fact that she has supported Obama in spite of her (many) criticisms of his administration...but I am neither surprised nor disappointed by these statements...this is who Professor Davis is.
