Have read of the Navajo 'Healing Way'. Is it possible that one could be done for US re Trump?

My deepest apologies if my question is offensive.

It just seems that some Native American ritual(s) may be needed to cleanse the land that in actuality, reality belongs to the Native peoples

The Healing Way is for individuals, and it takes days, and has to be done by trained traditional elders.
Usually not meant for outsiders, but for close non Native friends exceptions are made. EG Native vets sometimes ask for healing for non Native vets with PTSD.
