1. I read my first Louise Penny book last year, then went back

and read every one of the Armand Gamache series in order. Can't wait for the new one!

I also told my friend to read "Trick of the Light" (the one I read first), and now she's going back reading them in order. She emails me about how much she is enjoying them, and sometimes to ask a question or two about the characters.

2. I got it today

Went into Hastings looking for something else and they already had it out in the New Fiction section.

3. My mom just bombed through all of her books

She loved them, just loved them.

4. She's won three "Best Novel" Anthonys in a row

She hasn't been at the award ceremonies to accept, but she always writes an amusing acceptance speech for her publicist to read.
