In his Mai Tai recipe the Orgeat can be made:
Just put a little almond extract into simple syrup. It will suffice.
Also, Sailor Jerry rum works great in the T.V. mai tai recipe.

For folks in Atlanta, there's aTrader Vic's in the Atlanta Hilton on Courtland St

His intro is very funny. He describes the various types of patrons. Laugh out loud funny.
