REC: 'The Deep State' by Mike Lofgren (reformed Republican)

I'm about 1/3 of the way through this excellent book, and will most certainly move next to Mr. Lofgren's first work.

I'll abstain from any further comments, as they could be easily and dishonestly mischaracterized.

1. Comparison w/ Peter Dale Scott's book

It would be interesting to read and compare Lofgren's book on the Deep State with Peter Dale Scott's book on the same subject.

I was unaware of the Scott book. I imagine reading both would provide a very substantial framework of the topic.
