1. I had to drive 3 hours yesterday

so I pre ordered it so my husband and I could listen to it. We only had it for the way home but it got us back in short time. What a read. Not done yet, I have not had the time today to listen much but it is like reading the inside imaginings of all of our minds. We KNEW this was what was going on. Nice to have it, or at least a good part of it, confirmed. I don't doubt a word of it, it all fits and follows a logical path of a very sick and incurious man way way WAY over his head and not caring one tiny bit that he is over his head. He was, is and always has been doing this for himself. We don't ever even come into his mind.
