Reading that book, I started thinking "Don't vote, it will only encourage them." I have never thought that in my life. I have always hated that idea. And dems are not spared, which is part of what is so depressing.

Voting for the lesser, is an option but better candidates and more skepticism might help and civics

I'm about half-way through it. From page to page, you don't know whether to laugh or cry. Leibovich sure as hell doesn't cut the Obama administration any slack. And I knew Harry Reid was weird, but I didn't know he was from a different solar system---he's like Sheldon Cooper from "The Big Bang Theory," grown up and into politics.
