The Legion of Regrettable Supervillains by Jon MorrisMorris runs (ran) the website: Gone and Forgotten about obscure comic book characters. Now he's turned his work into two books. The aforementioned one and Regrettable Superheroes
Villains contains such characters as Brickbat, a batman-like bad guy with a green sport coat instead of a cape who used poisonous bricks to kill his enemies
and Bloor, the Dictator of Uranus!
