Comic Suggestion Thread

Hi Javaman.

How about a thread to suggest new comics for other readers.

I'll start with a new book by Howard Chaykin with the sarcastic title"Hey Kid's Comics!" from Image
It is a hard look at the comic business jumping back and forth through the decades. Many of the characers are obvious stand ins for real people.

I can offer a few

Off the top of my head:

Super man: Red Son - what if Superman was born in the Soviet Union

Fun House - a coming of age story of a women who grows up in a family in which they work in the funeral business

Andre' the Giant - pretty much what the title implies. A brilliant graphic novel about the famous professional wrestler. I loved it and I was never a fan of the sport
