Which novel would you like to see get a comics adaptation?

I wanted to see what people thought.

One answer might be to suggest novels that film directors have declare "impossible" to film, like:

Blood Meridian, by Cormac McCarthy
2666, by Roberto Bolano
Gravity's Rainbow, by Thomas Pynchon

I'd love to see those.
