Mockingbird and Absorbing Man cast in SHIELD, for Marvel News, DC - Ra's Al Ghul also cast

So Mockingbird is now part of the Marvel Universe.

She is going to be played by Adrianne Palicki who almost played Wonder Woman in a TV show.

I am more a Jessica Drew kinda guy, but Mockingbird has a great story line as well.

I don't know enough about this guy. So, I'll reserve judgement.

1. They need to start adding real heroes into SHIELD ASAP.

Maybe not in costume, but really get on with it already. WB is starting to pile on the TV shows with Gotham, Teen Titans, Arrow, Flash and a possible Super Girl.

If wonder if they have the guts to put out a Suicide Squad move? I think WB has decided to be bold about their IPs.

2. Suicide Squad is pretty interesting.

It is already shown in Arrow.

3. Bad guys are hot right now.

Look at the runaway success of shows like Dexter, Breaking Bad and the response Loki has gotten over in all the Thor/Avengers movies. Deadpool just got a green light for 2016, I think. Fox is even planning The Sinister Six and Venom movies to expand the Spidey universe.

As a Dr. Doom fan I now can hold out hope.

4. I am actually pretty happy with the idea of Deadpool

It could probably work, but I see him more as a 1 hour episode of something rather than an actual movie.

Yeah, I wonder how they could pull off Dr. Doom.

The new Fantastic Four movie coming out just doesn't give me much hope.

5. Have you seen the "leaked" Deadpool movie test clip with Ryan Reynolds voice work?

If it's anything like this it will be epic.
