Taking advantage of new technology, a guy is getting a brain transplant. The doctor tells him, "This is a new procedure, and your insurance won't cover all of the costs. But there are options and you can choose what you can afford."
The guy says, "Go ahead and tell me the options."
The dr. says, "You can get an engineer's brain. That's 100 dollars an ounce. Or your can get a physicist's brain for 200 dollars an ounce. Or you can get a rwnj's brain for 1000 dollars an ounce."
The guy says, "Hold on. Why is the rwnj brain so expensive?"
And the dr. says, "Sir, do you know how many rwnj it takes to get an ounce of brains?"
