One time when I was out drinking

My wife called and said if you’re not home in ten minutes I’m feeding your dinner to the dog.

I was home in 5 minutes I’d hate to have anything happen to that dog.

2. Reminds me of my all-time favorite campaign joke. Bill Bradley that was my guy in 2000 I think.

This fan sent him hate mail saying, "Hey Bradley, next time you lose to the Celtics, I'm gonna come to your house and shoot your dog!"
Bradley replied something like, "I'm sorry we lost to the Celtics, and I assure you, we don't like losing to them any more than you like watching us lose to them, and besides, I don't even have a dog."

A couple weeks later a pet carrier is delivered to Bradley with a puppy and a note saying, "Hey Bradley, don't get too attached to this dog!" LOL
