The 'Art of the Deal Retroactive Civil War Negotiations Edition' cartoon also has a line that 'The 14th Ammendment would be Gone'.
It caused me to wonder if Trump's sudden interest in Civil War history wasn't because he is fantasizing how he could he could have fixed it so the 14th Amendment never happened?
