Dogs are the true heroes who caught the PA escaped murderer....
They even got their photos taken with the other heroes (people). Give those doggies a steak and a life time supply of Meaty Bones.
The dogs caught him as he crawled through the woods, he was only 5 feet tall but that height helped him to crab walk out of prison as well as getting caught at ground level by the dogs that bit his head and legs.
