I've never understood the idea of a coach being a braggart. It's bad enough that most players run their mouths off constantly, but at least they are on the field. I've always thought that was why Rex Ryan's defenses were always prone to losing their self-control. For example they should have beaten the New England Patriots in 2007 regular season to disrupt the 16-0, but had multiple unsportsman like penalties that cost them the game.
