Got it on my first search.

I was thinking why would you post a picture that has no relevance to the Pirates/Cardinals series? I started with the Pirates manager.

and saw that he was player for the St. Louis Cardinals. Also noticed he was with the Royals too.

It was this picture on Wiki that confirmed it for me
