ESPN’s Olbermann calls Texas A&M and its interim prez the ‘World’s Worst Person In Sports'
Texas A&M isn’t making any friends over it’s protection of the “12th Man” trademark.
The week began with news of A&M warning Buffalo Bills fans that a website using the trademark must be taken down or legal action would follow. The site, 12thManThunder.com, was created to petition for the Bills to remain in Buffalo.
As news spread about A&M’s protection of it’s trademark, we learned that one of the site’s four founders, Charles “Chuckie” Sonntag, is an amputee with very little funding to fight back or accept any legal action.
Sonntag claims that he worked diligently to change the site’s name and to take down banners promoting the site but A&M insisted the pace was not quick enough.

If they want to protect their 12th Man trademark, they should sue the Seattle Chickenhawks out of existence! 
Unless they like inhaling rain 24/7/365.
