Virginia and East Carolina pull off a couple of upsets. Boston College upsets USC

Virginia stormed the field after defeating 21 Louisville. First win against a ranked opponent since 2011. East Carolina win @ Virginia Tech.

Now that narrow victory UCLA had doesn't look so bad but how do you explain BYU's stomping @ Texas? How good is BYU?

W/ Taylor Kelly injured (on a 50-yard TD run), Colorado is sneaking back in the game. Trailing 38-17, now down by 2 touchdowns facing the backup who is struggling so plenty of time and opportunity.

Both ASU & UCLA have a bye week next week then face each other for a critical South game.

On edit - ASU just recorded a key potentially game saving interception at the Colorado 25.

East Carolina recently gave South Carolina a tough game on the road. UCLA is a pre-season favorite to win the Pac-12 South (always felt it should be ASU w/ senior QB Tyler Kelly) struggled against a Virginia team who may be better than initial projections. Had a hard time stopping Texas who BYU manhandled on both sides of the ball -- so hypothetically, say projections are correct that UCLA is a top 10 team, does that mean BYU is a power this year?

It will be fun to see how the rest of season turns out and who is for real & isn't.
