http://www.sfgate.com/49ers/article/Jed-York-on-still-new-Levi-s-Stadium-It-s-6281270.phpBy almost any measure, Levis Stadium is a superior facility to Candlestick Park, the dank, caked-with-fungus structure that featured trough urinals, inconsistent elevators, really inconsistent Wi-Fi and teeth-chattering July winds....
A criticism of pristine $1.2 billion Levis Stadium is that is feels more corporate than cozy. Its something even 49ers CEO Jed York tacitly acknowledged to The Chronicle on Wednesday.
Weve talked about this internally: I think weve built a beautiful house, York said. Its not quite a home. Now the goal is to make it a home. I think its starting to feel more like that....
Take, for example, the issue of the 49ers home-field advantage at Levis, where it was noted the more-upper-crust clientele seemed to produce lower decibels. After ending Candlestick with a 23-5-1 record, the 49ers went 4-4 at Levis.

Just does not feel right. Feels more like a monument to wealth than a ballpark.
