TMZ: ...(T)he same...2015 Nissan GTR...ex-NFL (QB) Johnny Manziel...was driving during his alleged domestic incident...last year in Ohio...was clearly involved in a bad accident in Dallas...
The car appeared Monday night at a Dallas apartment complex where Manziel is supposedly staying, looking like it had been T-boned...(T)he driver's side airbag was deployed. We've confirmed the car is still registered to Manziel...Cops tell us they have no record of a crash involving Manziel...

TMZ: We spoke with Manziel's rep, Denise Michaels, who tells us, "Johnny told me his car was T-boned and the driver just rode away right after. He reported it to police." But here's the weird thing -- we spoke with Dallas PD and as of Tuesday afternoon, we were told there was no record of an incident involving Manziel.
9:14 AM PT -- The Dallas PD is now saying they DO have a report from Manziel -- though it's unclear when the report was filed...(It) occurred Monday night -- and Manziel claims he has a witness from his car and an impartial witness who can corroborate his story.
Manziel's rep says the QB hit his head in the crash -- but did not suffer a concussion or any other major injury.

ESPN: An attorney handling Johnny Manziel's domestic violence case expressed doubts about the Heisman Trophy-winning quarterback's ability to stay clean...according to a lengthy text message accidentally sent to The Associated Press...Defense attorney Bob Hinton's text indicated Manziel's legal team was seeking a plea deal with prosecutors but suggested that could be tricky. "Heaven help us if one of the conditions is to pee in a bottle," the attorney wrote.
Hinton also wrote that he had been emailed a "heads up" receipt "which purports to reflect" that Manziel made a purchase of $1,018.77 at a Gas Pipe...drug paraphernalia store...at 12:03 p.m. Tuesday, less than a day after his crash..."I don't know if the receipt is legitimate or not," Hinton responded when asked about it by the AP. "...It doesn't say Johnny's name on it anywhere that I can see. It's just that somebody in that store, I guess, circulated that to the other store managers and employees saying, 'Guess who was here today and spent this amount of money.' That's all I know."
The errant text was sent Wednesday after the AP sought comment via text about Monday night's crash...Hinton said he had meant to send it to another attorney on the case and was unaware the AP had received it instead...He insisted the contents were protected by attorney-client privilege and threatened to sue if certain details were published...

Perhaps Johnny Football doesn't understand exactly how hit-and-run auto accidents work -- it's the PERPETRATOR who runs, not the the victim. Given his track record, you'd think he'd jump at the chance of being guilty only of being in the wrong place at the wrong time, especially since he has witnesses. Anyway, here's the car:
A bit low for a T-bone, and it looks more like a scrape rather than a direct hit. Why didn't he seek police or medical assistance at the scene of the crime? Why didn't his witnesses assist him at the scene of the crime, especially if he was injured? Why haven't his witnesses filed police reports themselves? How did his car get home with the airbag deployed?
Well, such is life in Manziel-istan. He can kiss a plea deal on the domestic violence charge goodbye, as well as any chance of getting back into the NFL this year -- unless he agrees to go through their concussion protocol!
P.S: Cut the comedy, counselor: information sent to you that you didn't specifically request is your property to do with as you wish -- even if it's sent in error, and especially if it's been sent in error to a journalist!
