(720 posts)Not sure if that reflects on how good Brady has been over his career or how bad the NFL is right now.

(8,203 posts)Sunday..as a Pats fan I do not like a cheap win..so what I did was look at the replay of the TD that was reversed...over and over - and then I read the RULE - that caused the TD to be reversed...then I watched the replay again...the RULE needs to be changed....I agree, it is like trying to define what a catch is..
To me, his knee was down at the 1 yard line, and he reached across - thus, bobble ball, then hit ground..I don't like the call of NO TD...change the RULE...
Another point..TAKE THE POINTS..tie the game..Pitt should have just tied the game..

(29,322 posts)But I didn't like that only one receiver moved on the fake clock stop pass which made it easy to triple cover the only WR moving on the play.

(16,113 posts)What if it's a TD (that's easy), what if it's incomplete, what if they spot it on the 1 yard line (those seem like the only possible outcomes). When I saw only 1 WR, I think Tomlin got caught with his pants down. He was expecting that it would be upheld and had no plan in place if it wasn't. The play had to be a pass play (whether from the 1 or the from the previous line of scrimage) or they would have run out of time trying to kick a FG for the tie if it failed, so they should have had a better one than that. If the ball wasn't picked off, they would have kicked the FG for the tie.
