Chiefs agree to trade quarterback Alex Smith to Redskins

The Kansas City Chiefs have agreed to trade quarterback Alex Smith to the Washington Redskins, league sources confirmed to ESPN's Field Yates.

The deal cannot be completed until the new league year begins.

The KC Star first reported the news.

Damn they really didn't like Cousins. Not DC fan but I live in the middle of their fan base.

I love Alex Smith since his days as a 49er! He was the reason i started watching chiefs games! Guess now I'm a skins fan. That'll be alright since i absolutely loathe the cowboys.
