Since we dropped DirecTV I cannot get the slams. Well I could if I wanted to pay a crap load of money for the month they are in. I know NBC carried a couple or 3 games each week of the French Open but that sucks in ways I cannot even being to mention. I was used to a good 2 week slam 4 times a year and the first week watching almost whoever I wanted to watch. Now I can get 4 -6 matches of their choosing maybe. I seriously considered going back to DirecTV for this!!!! The Tennis channel also costs to see them and if I recall they are all a day late. Maybe I can get a partial fix by watching these on Face Book. I hate doing anything on FB except the minimum of communication with friends. I refuse to let them have any more info and who in the hell would let them handle a financial transaction? Oh well, off the topic.

Our 300+ member replacement group is back on Meetup. Facebook's "events" system just did not work well.

However, we do have 2 local Facebook tennis groups to "find players" and "news" (classes, tournaments, etc.)
