Both owners have massive ego's, - but jones able to rein it in enough to win. Snyder, however, despite a ton of high draft choices, 'manages' to persistently/consistently do badly.

Jerruhs problem is that he had Dak and Zeke on rookie contracts so he had cap money to spend on a full roster. With Cooper needing a contract too those days may well be over. See Seattle after Russell Wilson no longer was under a rookie contract.

And if the players don't get it in paychecks, the billionaire owners just pocket it.
I say, good for Zeke.
