(195,603 posts)5 or 6 home games (let alone Homecoming) are big shakes in what are often college towns. Hotels, restaurants, shit just the ice sales and convenience store stops....$$$$$

That amount of income from such a "service" blew my mind! Lots of tail-gaters willingly share food and don't charge money for it!
And it's pretty disgusting to me that she's supposedly making that much money while the student-athletes aren't paid.

(9,356 posts)Mostly made up of students that are already local one recent grads who ore often still local also. There was only one Division 3 game that has drawn over 20,000 people. st Johns College in MN has played in the most Big Div 3 games. Had a neighbor who played division 3 football and then transferred to a division 2 school for scholarship money
