If anyone has any doubts that Terrell Owens has lost a step, we can put that to bed right now.

The 48-year-old Alabama native proved that Father Time hasn’t caught up to the former NFL receiver just yet.

Owens, who dabbles in some Fan Controlled Football League action, took part in a foot race Wednesday with two other FCF wide receivers, James Harden, 27, and Andrew Jamiel, 25, at a park in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., per TMZ.

Owens beat his younger counterparts. One person there clocked him at 4.38 seconds, which would have put him among the top 30 times among wide receivers at this year’s NFL draft
