Ha, I laugh at you. I've got 130,000 miles on this car, garage it in the winter. I will need body work on the front driver's side panel, but that's it. Haven't made a payment on it since 2012. 6 speed manual, 2.0 liter turbocharged. Not fast off the line, but very nimble in traffic. What I truly like is the lack of digital gauges/screens.

But they were smart enough to include a 3.5mm connection to the system auxiliary input....so I can listen to my YT music via a BT interface.

If not they aren't getting anything from their estimate. If so that number is probably like the KBB wholesale number. The amount a reseller would pay so they can make profit.

Average car life now is around 12 years. Most vehicles go to 100,000 without anything but minor maintenance. So one would expect base values to hold past a certain number of years.

Not in the market for a car. I may be forced into one when I can no longer rent.

6. I have loved every Toyota...

I’ve ever had. First one was a 1972 Corolla that I bought for $300 from a friend in 1983. Ran for almost 2 years even though I didn’t do any maintenance.

Then I had a 1997 Paseo that I bought in 2006 and drove for several years. That car was very sporty and I was always having people want to buy it.

Then I had a 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid that I drove for 2 years until it was caught in a flash flood and totaled.

Unfortunately, there were no hybrids available in January when it happened so now I have a 2021 Camry. It is okay but I loved my Hybrid more.
