2. It's been fun. This team definitely seems to be a bit different this year.

Props to new GM Jerry DiPoto for getting things turned around with small moves designed to raise the floor of the talent level. His philosophy of controlling the strike zone on both sides of the ball has seemingly instilled a good mindset for this team.

This team has more fight in it than any Mariner team I've seen since 2001. It seems like when the other team scores we are retaliating with our own runs. Also putting up more multi-run innings. It's been fun for once.

Here's to hoping we can get Felix some runs today!

He's got some great stuff today. One hit on a nubber off the mound, but he's got no-hit quality stuff.
