The Wilpons
As a Baseball fan, a Mets fan and a David Wright fan I would like to thank the Wilpons for making last night so special and memorable.
David's Lou Gehrig moment last night was amazing. The organization has faced much negative press and fan indignation when they don't do something popular for the team. The Madoff scandal took it's toll and both financially and emotionally but I have never doubted the Wilpons love for the game and their dedication to the Mets and Baseball for one second.
Last night proved I was "Wright". ( sorry, I couldn't resist)
