(15,145 posts)1. Several photos of Warblers have recently been posted on D.U. Warblers are difficult to photograph.
First of all, they are usually found at the top 1/3 of trees. This leads to a condition that birders call, "Warblers' neck." Fortunately, it is only a temporary condition.
Secondly, most Warblers do not "hang around." Many times, you have only seconds to aim your camera after you spot the bird. Even then, while it is in your view, it hops from branch to branch.
The photos you post are wonderful.
