They are intelligent creatures with complex social structures. Occasionally they play, on the ground and in flight.

I've watched them tossing around a road-kill rabbit like puppies with a sock. Playing with their food. Not appetizing for humans, but vultures have a very different perspective on life and death.

Googling I found someone who has a similar opinion about vultures:
