Guatemala, Costa Rica or Panama.

Closest thing I found from a search ("birds of Central America photos" ) was the Emerald Toucanet, a smaller member of the toucan family found in mountainous areas of tropical Mexico and Central America. The sample I found was photographed in Costa Rica.



Another species I found from Central America that's similar is the Aracari.

Would love to see one but alas, my traveling days are mostly done. I'll have to settle for what we have in the hills of KY or in one of our zoos.
