Mine are back while migration seems to be at a hold. They are fishing on the pond right in front of me and I just adore watching them hover, fold back their wings and dive completely underwater. Yesterday I was able to watch one surface then rise out of the water and shaking itself off. I had never been able to see that. They will go soon but it is such a pleasure to see them come through spring and fall. Meanwhile I will indulge myself on your wonderful pictures and watch for hatchlings. I am glad the wind did not mess up the nest.
