I'm dying to know. Especially since they're smarter than half the people I know.

(3,235 posts)Ravens are far better flyers than Crows. I always think Crows need another week or two of flight school and shouldn't be flying solo. Ravens, on the other hand, are natural acrobats. I have seen ravens do barrel rolls to avoid the harassment of crows or when playing with their peers.
On top of that, they are much bigger than crows. Much bigger bodies, tail is much, much larger, and the wingspan is about 12"-15" wider.
I still see so few of them that I get excited when I get to watch them goofing around. (I've got a big smile on my face even typing this.)
