We haven't had ours go through yet.

(22,346 posts)3. We have a lot of Canada geese here in northern Illinois, too.
A surprising number of them stay year around, as crazy as it seems in our cold climate. We also see big flocks of migrating geese during spring and fall. Even though we're a couple hundred miles from the Mississippi River, this area is part of the Mississippi Flyway, so we see loads of migrating flocks of all sorts of birds. I love it!
I've seen (and heard) more, in transit, in past years; still watching and listening.
