If the NFL wants to reduce concussions...

they need to fine the corresponding coach of the player or players involved.

They are the ones that dictate how players tackle.

I think there would be a drop in using you head as a weapon.

How is rugby with head injuries? No helmets, minimal pads.

along with whatever they have inside. 1/2 inch of padding on the outside of the helmet equals 1 inch in a helmet-to-helmet hit.
