question about one of my ff leagues

in this league (my work league) we can play 4 receivers and 4 backs.Right now I'm carrying 7 backs and 5 receivers.
A guy offered me Colsten for Tate straight up.Take it or not?

I like Tate better than Colston, but with the 4+4 format and only five receivers, I'd check my bye weeks carefully before passing.
