Jerry Jones declines to discuss national anthem policy

https://www.fox4news.com/sports/cowboys/jerry-jones-declines-to-discuss-national-anthem-policy#

OXNARD, Calif. - The annual training camp chat between FOX 4’s Mike Doocy and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones did not happen this year.

Right before their time to talk, the Cowboys told Doocy he could not ask any questions about the national anthem policy. Doocy said, “No thanks.”

“If you don’t want me to sit in this chair I won’t sit in this chair,” Jones said.

Guess that tells me everything I need to know about how defensible even Jones thinks this is

For the Cowboys are done with them now as long as Jones is their owner. One even got rid of all his Cowboys stuff. I think he screwed up backing very unpopular trumps demand.

only the NY Jets and Giants have vowed to back up their players. Unless I hear something similar from the Broncos, the Jets will get my cheers.
