I'm late to the party but Shadowrun: Dragonfall the Director's Cut is amazing

It's a turned based RPG, but has action points like Fallout.

What a damn gem, and it's CHEAP!

This is exactly what turn based RPG combat should be.

Okay, yes it is.

This is Fallout mechanics with Mass Effect load outs.

Yes, I know, I'm being a fangirl, but once you finish with Dragonfall, you can download an entirely new campaign somebody made with the editor.

Yes, it has a full editor.
