So I think I'm about to purchase Star Wars Battlefront

I totally just did.

And bought a new GPU so I can run it at a buttery smooth 60 FPS on ULTRA!

Star Wars. Then again you are talking to someone that loves a lot of EU stories and characters and I admit I have a gigantic bias towards Knights of the Old Republic. I also tend to see the EU + six original movies as the real timeline but this is all subjective and I wish Disney would just have two separate timelines (the only thing connecting the two being the six original movies of course) to make everyone happy.

Clearly Disney cannot handle Kyle Katarn's beard/Bryar Pistol. Sometimes I imagine that or I imagine HK-47 blasting the meatbags for daring to erase him from canon.
